This CommHook is intentionally designed for the right handed shooter and for guys who run two PTT's who use ATAK. This CommHook mounts the PTT upside down so that the buttons are on the outside, which allows your fingers to not interfere with the ATAK charging port. Because of this,  a 10 degree cant is needed to keep the cables from interfering when drawing a mag from your kit. 

This CommHook is meant for the V60 PTT, but will also fit a V20.
