What materials are your products made out of?

- Primarily 3D printed plastics ranging anywhere from hobby grade filaments such as PLA and PETG all the way up to professional grade filaments such as carbon fiber nylons, polycarbonate, and PPA-CF.

Warranty and Returns Policy?

- Unless noted otherwise, all products have a full money back guarantee. However, all shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

- All CommHook products guarantee 1 free replacement if they break. Just send an email to ostenoperations@gmail.com with your name, address, and a picture of the broken CommHook.

How Strong are the CommHooks?

- Over 100 CommHooks have been used and tested in some of the most extreme conditions ranging from deserts, to sub freezing climates, to the oceans by special operation soldiers, and only 1 CommHook has came back cracked. So yes, they are strong and durable.
